Laughing Llama wants people to be able to access information clearly and participate in event experiences comfortably. These accessible event experiences start with readable information, clear structure, and a booking process where guests or hosts can share what helps them participate.
These are the kinds of things Laughing Llama aims for as the site continues to evolve. For broader guidance, the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative is a useful public resource.

During booking, clients can share mobility, sensory, seating, lighting, communication, or participation needs. Laughter Yoga and other group experiences can be adapted for seated groups or lower-movement participation when discussed ahead of time.
Setups and group formats can be shaped around seated participation or mobility needs when possible.
Hosts are encouraged to share anything that would help the event feel calmer, clearer, or easier to navigate.
If you need website information in another format or want help accessing something, you can always reach out directly.
