1. Cancellation by the Client:
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
2. Cancellation Deadline:
• For cancellations made at least two weeks before the scheduled event, a 100% refund of the deposit will be provided.
3. Last-Minute Cancellations:
• For cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled event, no refunds on deposits will be provided. We reserve the time and resources for your event, and this policy ensures that our commitment to quality service is maintained.
4. Weather-Related Cancellations:
• We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If outdoor events are canceled due to poor weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule the event at no additional charge.
5. Emergency Cancellations:
• In case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact us immediately if you’re facing such a situation.
